Sport England Place Expansion

We are working with a whole range of local partners to gather community and partner insight into movement and physical activity as part of a Sport England funded project called 'Place Expansion'. Hartlepool Sport was setup in 2020 on the early learning of Sport England's 'Local Delivery Pilots' which were the precursor to Place Expansion. We are therefore proud to support this work as it lands in Hartlepool.
Specifically, we were asked to lead on Headland and Central locality alongside Rovers Rugby Club, and we also lead across the borough on the Children and Families theme.
We have published a lot of learning, and shared it across our partners involved in this work.
